Studio Twenty Three were approached to undertake a feasibility study on a large site comprising of three existing houses. We considered a number of options, and worked closely with a Quantity Surveyor and Estate Agents to ensure that the project would be viable. The design was intended to be in keeping with the surrounding context and to have minimal impact on the streetscape. The site also had a complex topography which had to be taken into account during the design process.
